Delivery

We deliver across the island of Ireland. Most products reach you within 1-7 days, subject to your location and our stock availability. Out-of-stock items may take 2 to 5 weeks. While we aim to meet delivery deadlines, delays can happen. We’ll notify you promptly if there’s a delay. We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.

For remote areas or complex delivery needs, delivery times may vary. Please inform us of any special instructions regarding delivery access during checkout. Failure to do so may result in non-delivery or extra charges. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a delivery window, typically Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In more remote areas, delivery may occur later. We’ll confirm the delivery date and time with you beforehand. You must ensure accurate communication, or additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

If the shipping address differs from the billing address, ensure you provide necessary details during checkout to avoid delivery issues. Failure to do so may affect delivery times. If you miss a scheduled delivery, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

We require a signed receipt upon delivery unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return. Contact us by phone or email to start the process.

Conditions:

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new condition with original packaging, undamaged.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping to our Riverstown house, Carbury, w91 p972 warehouse.
  • If you can’t return the item, we can arrange collection during business hours at double the shipping cost.
  • Handling fees may apply if the item is unpacked (15%).
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

You’re liable for any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling.

For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately with relevant details and photos. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

If a product doesn’t fit, review dimensions carefully before purchase. Notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period for returns. Assembled items or mattresses cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Exclusions

We don’t accept returns for made-to-order, floor, or display models. Mattresses removed from packaging cannot be returned, except for defects.
