How Click & Collect Works
- Select ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout when placing your order.
- If your item is in stock, it will usually be ready for collection within 1–3 working days.
- Need it faster? Add a note during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Collection Process
- Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store to collect your item.
What to Bring
When collecting your item, please bring:
- Your order confirmation email, or
- Your collection reference number as proof of purchase.
Ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the item. Full product dimensions are provided on each product page to help you plan your collection safely. Alternatively, refer to our furniture fitting guide for assistance.
Please Note: Assembly is not included as part of the Click & Collect service.
