At HomzyNow.com, part of Remar UK LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.

 

Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This applies only to orders delivered within mainland UK.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in new condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, and any assembly instructions must be intact and in good condition.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, use, or damage.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@homzynow.com or call/WhatsApp us at +44 7917 58507 within the 14-day period. You must provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images if applicable.

 

Important Notes

  • Do not dispose of any packaging until you are fully satisfied with your item(s). If returning a product, it must be repackaged as received.
  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Locations

You may return items in person to any of our collaborating showrooms located in:

  • Sheffield
  • Nottingham
  • London
  • Hamilton (Scotland)

Please contact us beforehand to arrange a return appointment.

 

Home Collection Service

If you are unable to return your item to a showroom, we can arrange a collection from your home. This service incurs a fee equal to twice the original delivery charge and will be deducted from your refund.

A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item has been opened or unpackaged, even if unused.

 

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us.
  • The item must be in resalable condition, unused and with original packaging.
  • You are responsible for returning the item to the nearest collaborating showroom.
  • If home collection is needed, it will be arranged during business hours and charged at double the shipping cost.
  • A handling fee (15%) applies to unpackaged returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

All damages or faults must be reported to us within 7 working days of receiving your item.

To report an issue, email info@homzynow.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing any damage or defect

We will assess your case and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement parts (where appropriate)
  • Exchange of the item
  • Full refund including original delivery costs (if the item is faulty or damaged in transit)

If the product appears visibly damaged at delivery, you may:

  • Refuse delivery and the courier will return it to us
  • Or accept delivery and contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate return arrangements with the courier

Please retain original packaging wherever possible to facilitate return and assessment.

 

Flat-Pack Furniture

For flat-pack items, inspect all parts before assembly. We cannot collect or refund assembled items, as courier services will not accept them.

Returns of flat-pack furniture must include all original parts and packaging.

 

Inspection & Refund Timelines

Returned goods are inspected on arrival. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been:

  • Confirmed to be in a resalable condition
  • Verified as complete and undamaged

We aim to process eligible refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect on your account.
