Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item you’ve ordered is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will contact you without delay. You will then be given the following options:
- Wait for the item to become available and proceed with the delivery as soon as it arrives.
- Exchange the out-of-stock product for a similar or alternative item of your choice that is currently in stock.

For Click & Collect or showroom pickup services, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message once your item is ready for collection. Please bring valid photo ID or your order confirmation when collecting in person.
